OUR STORY
T-House is considered the beginning of a family that has a passion for building houses. Since the foundation in 1971, we have created many quality works until we have become a full-service home building company, and continues to carry on its expertise from generation to generation (3rd generation as of now). T-House understands and takes care of customers from the very first design to the final after-sales service with the concept of "sustainability", as to build a sustainable dream home at a price that you can control. With a team of experts and systematic management, we have progressed to play a role and have a reputation for providing excellent services.

As a professional Real Estate Developer we help home owners across Bangkok bring their ideas to life. Since 2000, we’ve taken on a variety of small and large-scale projects. A house for a Thai expat. We constructed this whilst the owner lived in London. Despite the distance between us, we managed to bring joy to the owner by providing the best quality and a warm and cozy place to stay when she visits Bangkok.
A place of wonder. Project Ratchada 36 is the shelter for a newly wedded couple. After 20 years since we delivered the similar shelter to their parents, this time we get the privilege to provide the same joy to their next generation.
A huge but warm and welcoming place for a huge family. From the grandparents to their grandchildren, this house shelters them with unique suites that customised for each generation with a common area to blur the boundaries between them.
